Yorkshire Cancer Research
We are delighted to share with you an internal wall branding project
completed for Yorkshire Cancer Research at the Bexley Wing,
ST James’s University Hospital in Leeds. Bright and Colourful images of
Yorkshire were used to brighten areas and offer a distraction to
patients visiting the hospital. Working in partnership with Yorkshire
Cancer Research we were able to develop designs and layouts that
helped to transform what was a clinical area into bright and inviting
seating areas. It is hoped these seating areas now provide a more
pleasant space whilst waiting. It was important to create a welcoming
environment for patients and the hard-working staff who provide
high-quality care day after day. Bringing scenes of Yorkshire into the
hospital environment helps to reflect the company is a Yorkshire charity,
proudly established in the Yorkshire region. Yorkshire cancer research
continues to provide high-quality care and develop a cure in the
fight against cancer. With the project completed, it was great to see
the wall murals had gained attention in the local press,
aiding in the publicity for Yorkshire cancer research.
